Skip to content. With the floor support relocated, the stock cross member is reused. The new end loading design makes for a stronger case with a new sleeker profile, eliminating top covers, that would have restricted room in the tunnel.
What we learned was that the factory tunnel support interferes slightly with the top of the shifter housing. We do not suggest cutting it as that may change the integrity of the tunnel support.
Note: When you move the floor support bracket back, in order to connect the bracket cable back up to the floor support, you will need to make a new bracket the extends it to the length that you moved it…..
